We’re excited to offer extra transition sessions for Grade 6 students who are enrolled to attend Year 7 at Pakenham Secondary College in 2026.

These extra sessions are designed to support a smoother transition to secondary school by hopefully easing any nerves students are facing moving to a new school.

​

Students attending these sessions will:

​

• Get to know the school environment

• Meet key staff

• Build confidence before Term 1 2026 begins
   

The program includes three sessions, running fortnightly for two hours each (9:00am – 11:00am).

The sessions are led by our experienced transition team.
