Year 7 2027 - Extra Transition
Extra Transition Sessions for Grade 6 Students
We’re excited to offer extra transition sessions for Grade 6 students who are enrolled to attend Year 7 at Pakenham Secondary College in 2027.
These extra sessions are designed to support a smoother transition to secondary school by hopefully easing any nerves students are facing moving to a new school.
Students attending these sessions will:
-
Get to know the school environment
-
Meet key staff
-
Build confidence before Term 1 2027 begins
The program includes three sessions, running fortnightly for two hours each (9:00am – 11:00am).
The sessions are led by our experienced transition team.
Please note that these transition sessions are in addition to the 2026 Transition Days held on Monday, 7th December and Tuesday, 8th December for all Year 7 2027 Pakenham Secondary College students. To find out more about these two transition days, please click here.
