Extra Transition Sessions for Grade 6 Students at Pakenham Consolidated School and Pakenham Springs Primary School

We’re excited to offer additional transition sessions for Grade 6 students from Pakenham Consolidated School and Pakenham Springs Primary School who are enrolled to commence Year 7 at Pakenham Secondary College in 2027.

These sessions are designed for students who would benefit from extra support before the whole-school Transition Days, which all Year 6 students will attend on Monday, 7th December and Tuesday, 8th December 2026. To find out more about these two transition days, please click here​.
