Connect Schools with Indian Communities
Calling Indian Business Leaders & Entrepreneurs!
Dear Indian Community Business Owners,
Pakenham Secondary College is proud to participate in the Connect Schools with Indian Communities (CSIC) program—an initiative by the Department of Education aimed at building strong connections between our students, our school and members of the Indian community, as well as the broader Australian community.

As part of this initiative, we are planning Business Management Workshops for our senior students and are seeking to collaborate with local Indian business leaders and entrepreneurs. The goal is to not only showcase Indian culture and cuisine but also highlight the significant contributions the Indian community has made to Australia's economy and business landscape.
We would be honoured to have members of the Indian business community share their knowledge, insights and personal stories during these events. Your experience and journey in business would be a great source of inspiration and learning for our Year 11 and Year 12 students.
The workshops are scheduled to take place at Pakenham Secondary College between June and September 2025, with each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. Our Business Management teacher will provide speaking points in advance to help guide the discussion.
We warmly invite you to take part in this meaningful event. If you're interested or would like more information, please contact Hanh Tran via email at Hanh.Tran2@education.vic.gov.au or by phone on (03) 5945 1433.
Thank you for your time and support. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
