Early Help Family Service (EHFS) is an early intervention program that provides tailored support to families, meeting their individual needs.
It was established to:
Support families to be resilient and have safe, supportive, and enduring relationships.
Assist families to be more connected to and engaged in their culture and communities.
Support families to access specialist services and participate in education, training, and other wellbeing activities.
Assist families to navigate the health system, increase social connection and build parental confidence.
Pakenham Secondary College can refer families to the Early Help Family Service.
