Achievement through opportunity
Pakenham Secondary College is a proud government school offering safe and progressive learning. Our mission is to empower each student to advance to their preferred pathway.
SOAR is a set of ideals that the College lives by, helping to shape socially responsible citizens and build pathways to their future.
At Pakenham Secondary College, our students are at the centre of all that we do. We aim to develop the whole student and create pathways for their future. The College’s values hinge upon the acronym SOAR, which in turn has inspired the eagle in the school’s logo.

A MAJOR UPGRADE FOR PAKENHAM SECONDARY COLLEGE
Dear Students, Parents and Carers,
Given the result in the recent Victorian State Election (Saturday 26th November 2022), I would like to highlight to our College Community that we can expect an investment of $11.3 million from the Andrews Labor Government to deliver a Major Upgrade to our facilities.
I am thrilled with this investment in our great school. An investment of this magnitude is a huge confidence boost for our College Community. The funding expected will go a long way to further improving our facilities and to support our high quality teaching and learning program. We will now wait and see on next steps - let's hope that the Upgrade begins soon. I will keep our College Community fully informed of developments as they come to hand.
Please contact the General Office on 5945 1433 should you have any queries.
Thank you and regards,
College Principal - Pakenham Secondary College
